# jevway > MCP server and CLI that hands a browser goal to TypeSafe Jev and returns one short, checked summary to the calling agent. Works with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode and any MCP client, in your own signed-in Chrome or a throwaway one. To install jevway for a person, read https://jevway.escalay.space/setup.md in full and follow it. Never run plain `jevway setup` yourself: it is the person's interactive setup and exits 2 without a terminal. ## Install - [Agent setup guide](https://jevway.escalay.space/setup.md): prerequisites, key handoff, client registration, a recorded smoke test, the report to give back - [npm package](https://www.npmjs.com/package/jevway): `npx -y jevway doctor --json` checks a machine; `npx -y jevway setup --client --print` prints how to register it ## Docs - [README](https://github.com/AbdallahAHO/jevway#readme): what it does, what it needs, quick start - [Reference](https://github.com/AbdallahAHO/jevway/blob/main/docs/reference.md): every tool parameter, CLI flag and environment variable - [How it works](https://github.com/AbdallahAHO/jevway/blob/main/docs/how-it-works.md): the loop, the guards, every number - [Journey maps](https://github.com/AbdallahAHO/jevway/blob/main/docs/journeys.md): mapping a site's mobile journeys with QA findings
